Tracking your order
When your order is on its way, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with your DPD tracking link, so you can keep an eye on it. On the morning of your delivery, DPD will also send you a one-hour delivery window, with options to reschedule or redirect it to a local DPD Pickup Shop.
We aim to ship the same day for orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, and DPD usually delivers in Ireland the next working day. It can be a little slower at busy times like sales and Christmas.
Can I choose a delivery time?
Unfortunately we can't guarantee what time of day DPD will deliver. Drivers tend to come at similar times each day, though, so if you usually get your DPD deliveries in the morning, there's a good chance yours will come in the morning too.
Can I have it delivered on a later date?
Yes, no problem. Let us know your preferred delivery date in the order notes when you check out, or reply to your order confirmation email, and we'll ship it to arrive when suits you.
Sending a gift?
Delivery in Ireland with DPD is generally the next working day, but for a gift or present, we always recommend adding an extra day as a buffer, just to be safe.
Sending a gift abroad? DPD can only contact a phone number in the same country as the delivery address, so please add the recipient's local phone number at checkout rather than your own Irish mobile. It helps the parcel arrive first time.
I haven't had a shipping email
- Check your spam or junk folder. Our emails sometimes end up there.
- Check which email address you used. If you paid with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your order may have gone to the email address saved in that account, which isn't always the one you'd expect.
- It may not have shipped yet. Orders placed after 1pm, or at the weekend, usually ship the next working day.

Local delivery and collection
- Free local delivery: we deliver locally a few times a week, so there's no DPD tracking. If your order is urgent, just let us know.
- Click and collect: wait for our email to say your order is ready before you come over.
My order hasn't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within 2 working days in Ireland and Northern Ireland, 5 working days in Great Britain, or 8 working days in the EU, please email hello@faerly.ie with your order number and we'll get on the case straight away.
