Sorry about this. Most of the time the DPD driver has left the parcel in what they consider to be a safe place, and it's just tucked somewhere out of sight.
Check first
- The safe place photo. DPD usually takes a photo when they leave a parcel and sends it to you. We can also send it on to you.
- Behind bins, plants, side gates or in a porch.
- Neighbours or other people in your home, who may have taken it in for you.
- Apartment buildings: check any post room, reception or communal area. Building management may also be able to check CCTV.
Still can't find it?
Get in touch with your order number. We'll send you the delivery photo and follow it up with DPD, who can often find out more from the driver.
If it turns out to be genuinely lost, we will of course replace your parcel. Before we can do that, DPD needs to complete a trace. We'll keep on top of it and keep you updated the whole way.
