How much is delivery?
Anywhere on the island of Ireland, including Northern Ireland, is a flat €5.95 with DPD. Delivery is free on orders over €75. Digital gift cards don't count towards free delivery.
How long does it take?
We pack and ship from our HQ in Kilcullen, Co. Kildare, every weekday. We aim to ship the same day for orders placed up to 1pm, and DPD is a next working day service. It can be a little slower at busy times, like during a sale.
Need it urgently? Get in touch and let us know your order is urgent, and we'll prioritise it.
We'll email your tracking number once your order ships. On the morning of delivery, DPD sends a one-hour delivery window, with options to reschedule or redirect to a local Pickup Shop if you won't be home.
We can't choose the time of day DPD delivers, as it depends on when the driver is in your area. They tend to arrive around the same time each day, so if your DPD deliveries usually come in the morning, there's a good chance this one will too.
Need it later or somewhere else?
We can hold your order for a later date or change the delivery address, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Just get in touch as soon as you can.
Local delivery and collection
Free local delivery on orders over €25 in Kilcullen and nearby areas such as Naas, Newbridge and Kildare Town. Choose free local delivery at checkout if it's offered for your address. You can also collect from Faerly HQ (see "Collecting from or dropping off at Faerly HQ").
Haven't received your order?
If it hasn't arrived within 5 working days, get in touch with your order number and we'll get on the case straight away.
Please check your address, Eircode and phone number carefully at checkout. DPD can only contact a phone number from the same country as the delivery address.
