Change or cancel an order
Get in touch at hello@faerly.ie as soon as you can. We can change items, the delivery address or the delivery date, or cancel the order, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. We can't make changes once it's on its way.
Add something to an order
No problem before it ships. We'll add it to your order and send you a secure payment link for the balance, and it ships together with no extra delivery charge.
Gift orders and gift notes
We don't put any paperwork, prices or invoices in our parcels, to save paper. So if it's a gift, the recipient won't see what you paid. That also means they may not know who it's from, so add a gift message at checkout. Forgot? Reply to your order confirmation with your message before it ships and we'll add it for you. If you would like a gift message handwritten into a greeting card, that's no problem at all. Just let us know in the order notes or reply your order confirmation email to let us know.
VAT invoices
You can download a PDF VAT invoice from the link at the bottom of your order confirmation email. If you need one sent to you, just ask and we'll email it over.
Order confirmation not arrived?
Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, get in touch and we'll resend it.
