How can I pay?
At checkout you can pay by credit or debit card, or with Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, and we never see your full card details.
Using Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay? Check your details
Express checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay fill in your details from your account with them, not from what you've typed on our website. That can mean:
- Your order confirmation goes to a different email address, the one saved in your Apple, Google or Shop Pay account.
- Your order is sent to a saved address, such as an old home or work address, rather than the one you meant to use.
We can't control which details these services pass to us, so please check your email address and delivery address carefully on the payment screen before you confirm.
I paid with an express checkout and didn't get my order confirmation
First, check your spam or junk folder, and the inbox of any other email address saved in your Apple, Google or Shop Pay account. Still can't find it? Get in touch with your name and we'll check the order and the details it was placed with. If the delivery address isn't right, let us know as soon as you can and we'll change it before your order ships.
Can't see the Discount code box?
The Discount code box can sometimes be hidden with express checkouts. If you have a code or gift card to use, choose to pay by card instead and the box will show. See "How to use a discount code" for more.
My payment didn't go through
- Check your card details, including the billing address, match what your bank has.
- Some banks ask you to approve online payments in their app, so look out for a notification.
- Try a different card, or another payment method.
If you've been charged but didn't get an order confirmation, don't place the order again. Get in touch first and we'll check what happened, so you aren't charged twice.
