How do I apply a discount code?
- Add your items to your basket and go to checkout on faerly.ie.
- In the order summary panel at checkout, find the Discount code box.
- Type or paste in your code, then click the Apply button.
- You'll see the discount taken off your order total before you pay.
On a phone, the order summary may be collapsed at the top of the checkout page. Tap Show order summary to find the Discount code box. Gift cards go in the same box.
Using Shop Pay or another express checkout? The Discount code box can sometimes be hidden with express checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Choose to pay with a credit or debit card at checkout instead, and the Discount code box will show.
My code won't apply
- Check it's typed exactly as it appears, with no spaces at the start or end.
- Check the code hasn't expired, and that the items in your basket are included in the offer. Some codes only apply to certain products, like our CO2 credit codes, which only work on CO2 cylinders.
- Usually only one discount code can be used per order.
