Part of my order is out of stock
This doesn't happen often. Our website uses live stock levels, so we only sell you what we actually have on our shelves. From time to time, though, there can be a stock count error, an item can be damaged, or there's some other reason we can't send your order in full. If that affects your order, we'll get in touch before it ships and give you the choice:
- wait a short while for it to come back in, and we'll ship everything together
- swap it for a very similar item at no extra cost, and ship everything today
- refund that item, and ship the rest today
For CO2 cylinders, if one brand is delayed we can usually swap it for another brand with the same spec and compatibility and ship it today.
Can you tell me when something is back in stock?
Yes. When an item is out of stock, you'll see an option on its product page to get a back in stock notification. Just pop in your email, and we'll email you as soon as it comes back in.
Many of our products are made in small batches by independent makers, so they do sell out. If a maker has discontinued something, we'll tell you rather than leave you waiting, and suggest a close alternative if we have one.
