Your CO2 credit code

Every empty cylinder we accept earns €10 of CO2 credit.

When will I get it?#

Usually within 3 working days of your empties being collected. Pickup Shop returns can take a little longer, depending on when DPD collects from the shop. We email the code to you, so check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.

How do I apply my code?#

1. Add your CO2 cylinders to your basket and go to checkout on faerly.ie.
2. In the order summary panel at checkout, find the Discount code box.
3. Type or paste in your code, then click the Apply button.
4. You'll see the credit taken off your order total before you pay.

On a phone, the order summary may be collapsed at the top of the checkout page. Tap Show order summary to find the Discount code box.

Using Shop Pay or another express checkout? The Discount code box can sometimes be hidden with express checkouts like Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Choose to pay with a credit or debit card at checkout instead, and the Discount code box will show.

Good to know#

• It's valid against CO2 cylinders (not delivery charges).
• It's valid for 12 months from the date we issue it.
• Each code works on one order for the full amount. If you'd rather not use it all at once, ask us and we'll split it into smaller codes.
• You can use your credit on any number of cylinders. There's no one-for-one rule.
• Free delivery applies on orders of €75 or more after your credit and any other discounts. For example, 4 cylinders (€120) with €40 credit comes to €80 and ships free. 3 cylinders (€90) with €40 credit comes to €50, and delivery is €5.95.

Can I get my credit before the empties are collected?#

Yes. If you need to order urgently, get in touch once your collection is booked, tell us how many cylinders you're returning, and we can send your credit in advance.

My credit email is missing#

Check spam first. Still nothing? Send us your order number, or your Pickup Shop receipt if you returned them that way, and we'll track it down.

My code won't apply#

Check it's typed exactly as in the email, with no spaces at the start or end, and that your basket has CO2 cylinders in it. If you can't see the Discount code box, make sure you're paying by card rather than an express checkout like Shop Pay. If it still won't work, send us the code and we'll sort it out.

My credit has expired#

Get in touch and we'll extend it for you.

Can I have cash instead?#

No, the deposit comes back as CO2 credit, not cash.
