Every time you shop with Faerly, you're not only supporting sustainable, ethical brands, but also contributing to a brighter future for our planet. So thank you! 💚🌳
We plant a tree for every order
We plant a tree for every order you place, and we're proud to work with two amazing charities to make this happen.
HomeTree is doing incredible work to restore Ireland's native woodlands and address the climate crisis by planting thousands of pioneer trees.
Trees for the Future is helping farming families in sub-Saharan Africa to lift themselves out of poverty and regenerate their land by planting productive "forest gardens". As well as restoring tree cover and regenerating soil, these create a thriving source of food, animal fodder, fruit and fuel for each family.
You can see more about it in our video on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/thisisfaerly/reel/C4TrAH7sgbF/
Olive trees in Palestine
Separately from our tree for every order, we also support olive tree planting in Palestine through Trees for Life. It's run by the Palestine Fair Trade Association, in partnership with Zaytoun, whose Palestinian-made soaps we're proud to sell. The programme gives young olive saplings to Palestinian farmers, with priority for young people and women starting out in farming, and farmers whose land has been affected by the occupation.
50% of what we raise from our limited edition Saoirse don Phalaistín charity print, created with Irish artist Laura Dempsey of Pickled Pom Pom, goes to Trees for Life. The other 50% goes to UNICEF's Gaza appeal. Faerly and Pickled Pom Pom cover the production costs, so your full donation reaches the causes: https://www.faerly.ie/products/saoirse-don-phalaistin-limited-edition-art-print-supporting-palestine
Charities we support
As well as our tree planting, we support UNICEF's Gaza appeal and BelongTo, and donate products to many local and national causes.
We receive a huge number of requests from wonderful charities and community projects. While we'd love to support them all, as a small business we just don't have the resources, so we focus our giving where we can make the biggest difference. See "Working with Faerly" for more.
