Where can I find ingredients and materials?
We try to make sure that each product page lists the ingredients or materials, where it's made, and how to use and care for it. If something you need isn't there, ask us and we'll check with the maker, then add it to the product page so it's there for the next person.
Is it vegan or cruelty-free?
Where a product is vegan or cruelty-free, we say so on the product page. If it doesn't say, please ask us before you buy, rather than assume, and we'll find out for you.
Is there any plastic in it?
We choose products that avoid plastic wherever possible, and the product page lists what each one is made from, including the bottle or packaging. If you'd like to double-check a particular part, like a lid, a seal or a cap, just ask.
Is it suitable during pregnancy, for babies, or if I have allergies?
We can tell you exactly what's in a product, but we can't give medical advice. If you're pregnant, buying for a baby, or have allergies or sensitive skin, please check the ingredients list with your GP or pharmacist first. If you need a full ingredients list that isn't on the product page, we'll get it for you.
Can I buy spare parts?
Often, yes. Many of our brands make their products to last and sell genuine spare parts, so a lost lid or a worn seal doesn't mean replacing the whole thing. For example, we stock Aarke spares like replacement gaskets, bottle caps and Purifier carafes. If you can't find the part you need, get in touch and we'll ask the brand.
How do I ask a question about a product?
You can ask on the product page using the questions section under the reviews, and we'll answer publicly so it helps other customers too. Or email us at hello@faerly.ie with the name of the product.
