Sorry to hear that. The good news is you don't need to replace the whole Purifier. We sell replacement glass carafes, which work with the lid and stainless steel filter cartridge you already have.
Choose the right size
There are two sizes of Aarke Purifier, and the carafes aren't interchangeable, so please check which one you have:
- Original Purifier, 1.18 litres of filtered water. It's the taller, narrower jug, 27.5cm tall, and the jug and handle are a single piece of glass. Replacement carafe for the original Purifier
- Purifier Large, 1.66 litres of filtered water. It's shorter and wider, 25cm tall, and the glass jug sits into a separate plastic and stainless steel handle frame. Replacement carafe for the Purifier Large

Keep the parts you'll need
The replacement is just the glass carafe, so please dispose of the broken glass carefully, but hold on to these:
- The silicone bumper that fits around the base of the jug (both sizes). It's not included with the replacement carafe, and you'll need it to protect your new one from knocks.
- The handle frame (Purifier Large only). The plastic and stainless steel frame isn't included either, and your new glass jug sits into it.
On the original Purifier, the handle is part of the glass, so the replacement carafe comes with its handle. You'll just need to keep your silicone bumper.
Give the parts you're keeping a wash in warm soapy water before you fit them.
Setting up your new carafe
- Carefully clear away any pieces of your old carafe.
- Rinse the new carafe, lid and filter cartridge in warm soapy water.
- Fit your silicone bumper to the new carafe, and for the Purifier Large, sit the carafe into your handle frame.
- Slot the filter cartridge in, put the lid on, then fill at the tap as normal and let the water filter through.
The whole Purifier is dishwasher safe at 60°C. Take the granules out of the filter cartridge before it goes in the dishwasher, and avoid sudden temperature changes with the glass.
